Preface: This standard parts instead of GB 2762-2005 "limited contamination in food". Compared this standard with GB 2762-2005, the main changes are as follows: - modified the standard name; - increases the edible part of the definition; - increases the application principle; Selenium, aluminum, fluorine - cancelled limited regulations ; - increases the tin, nickel, 3 - chloro - 1, 2 - propylene glycol and nitrate limited regulations; - N - nitrosamines limited index by N - dimethyl nitrosamine and N - dimethyl ethyl nitramine is adjusted for N - dimethyl nitrosamine, and amend the limited metric names of N - nitrosamines to N - dimethyl nitrosamine; - increases the appendix A ; - rare earth limited index according to the GB 2762-2005.
