Description:This standard specifies the determination methods of dietary fiber in food (enzyme weight method).
this standard applies to all food of plant and its products in general, the determination of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. But does not include low poly fructose, low poly resistance of galactose, glucose, maltodextrin, resistant starch such as dietary fiber component.
